COURSE OVERVIEW

This cooperative vocational education program leads to Level One electrician theory accreditation with credit for 900 practical hours towards employment as an apprentice. You'll receive technical training and preferential work term placements with Industrial-Commercial-Institutional Contractors. Class size is limited to 18 students.

PREREQUISITES 

Students must have a Grade 12 or equivalent. An entrance interview will also be conducted to determine suitability for the program, along with a Mechanical Aptitude Test.

REQUIRMENTS TO GRADUATE

Students must complete both the in-class and work-term components of the program in their entirety before a certificate of completion is awarded.
